St. David’s Georgetown Hospital appointed Mark Gorham as its new chief operating officer, a Feb. 10 press release from the hospital said.

Gorham assumed his new position in November 2021. Prior to this role, he served in various leadership positions throughout the St. David’s system.

Before joining St. David’s Hospital, Gorham spent two years at Heart Hospital of Austin and managed several growth projects, the release said.

Gorham earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baylor University and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio.
