The Baked Bear Custom Ice Cream Sandwiches will open a location at 109 E. Seventh St., Georgetown, this spring, company spokesperson Jon Haley told Community Impact Newspaper. The California-based business's menu features customizable ice cream sandwiches made with fresh-baked cookies and brownies and hand-churned ice cream.
