Georgetown City Council will meet Dec. 9-10 for a special workshop at City Hall, where officials will discuss plans for the upcoming year.
The council holds this goal-setting workshop at the end of each year. Working with City Manager David Morgan, the council will review its vision and policies to set goals for 2023. The visioning process builds council consensus on projects and strategies that affect residents, businesses and the community as a whole.
Input from the workshop will go back to the council for members to review and adopt at a later meeting, Georgetown Communications Manager Keith Hutchinson said.
The meetings begin at 9 a.m. at City Hall, located at 808 Martin Luther King Jr. St., Georgetown.
