Willie's Grill & Icehouse will open at 1301 S. I-35, Georgetown, in late January. The casual bar and grill serves burgers, chicken-fried steak, ribs, Texas seafood and more. The restaurant began as a stand-alone burger joint in Houston in 1993; the Georgetown establishment will be its 18th location in the state. 281-807-5200. www.williesgrillandicehouse.com
