The Wolf Ranch master-planned community in Georgetown is entering development for its third and final region called West Bend, which will have homes ready by summer 2025.

In a nutshell

West Bend lies south of Hwy. 29 and five minutes west of I-35. The community will be built on 325 acres and have 671 home sites. A full Wolf Ranch buildout will be completed by the end of 2028, according to a news release.

Wolf Ranch started development in November 2015, and the 1,120-acre site already includes the Hilltop and South Fork communities, which together have 1,792 home sites and over 1,200 current residents, according to the release.

West Bend home prices will start in the mid-$400,000s, and homebuilders include:
  • Coventry Homes
  • David Weekley Homes
  • Drees Custom Homes
  • Highland Homes
  • Pulte Homes

A closer look


Wolf Ranch residents are zoned for Georgetown ISD’s Wolf Ranch Elementary School, which opened in 2020 and is located within the South Fork community.

West Bend home sites will be next to Citizen House Wolf Ranch, a pre-existing apartment complex that welcomed residents in November 2023 and completed construction in August, according to an apartment employee.

West Bend residents will be minutes from the Wolf Ranch Town Center and have access to Wolf Ranch amenities, including:
  • River Camp
  • The Den
  • An indoor fitness center
  • An indoor event space and event hall
  • An outdoor green space and stage
  • Playgrounds
  • Sport and pickleball courts
  • Trails along the San Gabriel River
