The new Citizen House Wolf Ranch apartment community is now offering unit tours and leasing will begin on Nov. 10.

The luxury apartment community has one-bedroom units starting at $1,325 and two-bedroom units starting at $1,890.

Amenities include:

  • A dog park
  • A playground
  • A community center
  • A fitness center
  • Package lockers
  • A resident lounge with an arcade
The entire community, including all amenities, is expected to be completed by July 2024, according to the community manager. The complex is managed by Greystar and is one of five Citizen House locations in Austin.
