In the first six months of 2020, the Williamson County housing market is improving even as the coronavirus pandemic continues, according to Williamson County Realtors monthly data.
After selling fewer homes year over year in April and May, when much of the county remained closed and people were asked to limit their interactions to essential trips only, the number of homes sold increased in June. The market even returned to double-digit growth year over year, data shows.
