University Federal Credit Union will open in its first Georgetown location in late November. At the new location, a dedicated team will be available to assist members with a variety of banking needs. UFCU is headquartered in Austin and has several locations throughout the metro area.
Kameryn joined Community Impact as a features reporter in August 2023 after graduating with a degree in journalism from The University of Texas. While in school, Kameryn was the video editor for the student newspaper, The Daily Texan. She previously covered politics for the Austin American-Statesman and interned for KXAN-TV, CNN Business and the Austin Film Festival.
