The Hacienda at Georgetown, a senior living community featuring 231 residences, is set to open April 15 at 60 Del Webb Blvd., Georgetown.
The new community features modern studios and one- to two-bedroom layouts while also providing various levels of service, including independent living, assisted living, short-term stays and memory care accommodations. Amenities include a luxury salon and spa, a swimming pool, a dog run, an amphitheater, a virtual reality system and more. In addition to the living space, a public-facing restaurant, Alma, will also open, offering Southwestern dishes curated by chef Stephan Pyles. The community is managed by Watermark Retirement Communities, which has more than 70 senior living communities in the country.
