Georgetown High School, A Holiday to Remember
Thursday through Saturday, Dec. 8-10
Kick off the holiday season with the Broadway-style musical revenue presented by the Georgetown High School Show Choir will take place at
7 p.m. each night. Canned goods will also be collected to make a holiday donation to The Caring Place.

Trout Fishing Derby
Saturday, Dec. 10
The family-friendly city of Georgetown Parks and Recreation Annual Trout Fishing Derby is a fun way to enjoy the great outdoors. San Gabriel Park will be stocked with 1,250 rainbow trout.
Spectators are invited to watch at no charge. Limit one pole per person, please. A fishing permit is required for participants aged 17 and older.

Pictures with Santa
Saturday, Dec. 10
Santa will be making an appearance at The Learning Experience in Georgetown to hear Christmas wishes and take pictures. Participants will receive a free digital copy and pictures can be picked up on Wednesday, Dec. 14. The store asks participants to bring a new, unwrapped toy donation for Operation Blue Santa. The event also features arts, crafts and games.

Georgetown Square
Downtown Georgetown turned on its holiday lights at the Williamson County Courthouse and throughout the Square on Nov. 25. Downtown lights and decor remain on through Jan. 2, and some businesses offer later hours for holiday guests.
