Spicewood Springs Animal Hospital in mid-October announced its new Spicewood Springs Cat Hospital. This new wing of the veterinary hospital focuses on cat wellness exams, dentistry and surgery. Austin Animal Center opened its new trap, neuter and release recovery center for cats, known as the Cattyshack, on Dec. 11.
