Located on a 1-acre property at 4611 I-35 N., Austin, The Abali includes 51 affordable and five market-rate units; affordable units are available at 30%, 50% and 60% of the local median family income, or MFI. The current Austin MFI for a family of four is $98,900 at 100%, $68,880 at 60%, $49,460 at 50% and $29,650 at 30%.
The development includes a range of efficiency, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The facility from developer O-SDA Industries and consultant Saigebrook Development features a community fitness center, business center, clubhouse and children's playroom, and is decorated with several murals and a sculpture.
