Located near the entrance to Aldrich Street in town center, the six-story project will include one-, two- and three-bedroom condos of up to 1,600 square feet. Of the 200 units, 15% will be limited to residents that earn up to 80% of Austin's median family income. It will also feature amenities including a pool, fitness studio, rooftop deck, clubhouse and coworking space.
The project is anticipated for completion in 2023.
