Parkside at Mueller, a 200-unit condominium project, broke ground at 1701 Simond Ave., Austin, on July 8. The project is under development by Austin-based Pearlstone Partners, as well as ATCO Properties and Management out of New York.

“We’re eager to bring yet another new, high-quality residential option to Mueller for those who want to own a place to live in a central, urban community with less upkeep and abundant amenities," Pearstone Partners CEO Robert Lee said in a statement.

Located near the entrance to Aldrich Street in town center, the six-story project will include one-, two- and three-bedroom condos of up to 1,600 square feet. Of the 200 units, 15% will be limited to residents that earn up to 80% of Austin's median family income. It will also feature amenities including a pool, fitness studio, rooftop deck, clubhouse and coworking space.

The project is anticipated for completion in 2023.
