2. Poke Bowl will open its third Austin location in early 2020. Owner Tuan Nguyen confirmed Dec. 3 that he has signed a lease for the new spot in the 360 Tower at 360 Nueces St., Ste. 800, Austin. 4. The Commodore Perry Estate will open as a hotel, private club and restaurant in the spring at 4100 Red River St., Austin as part of the Auberge Resorts Collection. Lutie’s Garden Restaurant will be led by husband-and-wife team Bradley Nicholson and Susana Querejazu, formerly of Barley Swine and Odd Duck. 5. Luxury hotel and condominium The Loren at Lady Bird Lake will open in early 2022 at 211 S. Lamar Blvd., Austin, on the lot previously occupied by Taco Cabana. The 108-room hotel and accompanying 26 condos will look onto Lady Bird Lake; additionally, the property will include a rooftop restaurant, event facilities and a swimming pool.
