The new taproom—dubbed “Sprinkle Valley”—spans 64 acres and has a fenced-in dog park, a kids playground and about 120 parking spaces.
On the menu
The Springdale location has Austin Beerworks’ full lineup of beers, including popular picks Fire Eagle, an American IPA, and Pearl Snap, a German-style Pilsner.
The taproom is also serving Fairweather Cider; frozen margaritas; and nonalcoholic options, including nonalcoholic beer, hop water and soft drinks.
In the coming weeks, a new food truck called Yellow Bell will permanently open on-site. The truck—run by the Interstellar BBQ team—will serve South Texas-inspired tacos, snacks and agua frescas.

An 18-hole disc golf course designed by Austin local Mike Olse will open at Sprinkle Valley in the coming months. In the meantime, Mint Disc opened its first retail store next to the taproom, selling T-shirts, hats, discs and other gear.
Austin Beerworks Sprinkle Valley is open Mondays-Saturdays from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
