A new seafood restaurant and cocktail bar called Bill’s Oyster will open doors in downtown Austin this April.
The restaurant is owned by friends Stewart Jarmon—an Austin native and St. Edwards University alumnus—and Daniel Berg, a New Yorker who will serve as executive chef. The food menu consists of oysters, shellfish, caviar, a signature burger and fresh salads. The drink menu will feature martinis and twists on other classic cocktails.
The restaurant’s decor will be an “ode to old New Orleans,” featuring custom tile work and wood finishes.
