Austin and Travis County health officials are not sharing race or ethnicity information with the public when it comes to hospitalizations and deaths, but Austin-Travis County interim Health Authority Dr. Mark Escott said he expects those statistics to be available by the end of the week.

Georgetown has $181K in coronavirus expenses so far; projects a $750K loss in sales tax to end fiscal year

The city of Georgetown is getting ready for months of lower revenue and nonbudgeted costs due to the coronavirus. At an online work session April 14, city finance director Leigh Wallace presented the numbers and suggestions to help the city get through cuts in revenue for the next few months.
