Founded by Mark Huetsch and Lian Wang, the first-of-its-kind gelato food trailer began bringing Asian flavors—such as ube, milk tea, jojicha and rice wine—to the Austin area by way of China.

Founded in 2019 by Travis Tober, Nicholas Yanes, and brothers, Brandon Hunt and Zane Hunthe, Uncle Nicky's serves food influenced by Northern Italian cafes in a casual atmosphere. Open all day, the eatery offers dishes such as the Mambo Italiano with spicy capicola, genoa salami, mortadella, provolone and Uncle Nicky’s Italian Dressing; snacks like Crispy Piadinas; and cocktails such as the Garibaldi featuring Uncle Nicky’s Fluffy OJ mixed with frozen campari.
