The Pizza Press, located at 404 W. 26th St., Austin, opens Thursday. The newspaper-themed restaurant allows patrons to create their own pizzas with a full menu of sauces, meats and vegetables. The restaurant also offers signature pizzas, salads and desserts. www.thepizzapress.com
Kula Revolving Sushi Bar will hold its grand opening Friday at the Crescent shopping center, a renovation and rebranding of Highland Village at 6929 Airport Blvd., Austin. Kula features a conveyor belt with fresh sushi plates customers can select. www.kulausa.com

Blenders & Bowls will have a grand opening for its third location at 1625 E. Sixth St., Austin, on Saturday. Co-founders Kara Jordan and Erin Downing began creating the blended smoothies and acai bowls in a food truck in 2010.
