The casual eatery will offer Merit Coffee Co. coffee, tacos, Tex-Mex kolaches, cocktails and more, according to a press release. Community members who subscribe to the business’ newsletter ([email protected]) are welcome to attend the soft opening.
The grand opening will take place on Feb. 9.

The space will include an outdoor area with TVs on the patio, and community members can look forward to live music, karaoke and private events. Bésame Ice Cream will open its second food truck at the location.
"Opening La Dosis feels like bringing a dream to life,” owner Simon Madera said. “We've poured our hearts into refining this concept and remodeling a unique space where our community can gather, connect and enjoy delicious food and drink. We're thrilled to finally open our doors and become part of this neighborhood's daily dose of coffee, pastries, whatever it is they need daily.”
