A new Mendocino Farms location opened on South Lamar in September, according to a representative from the brand. The restaurant sells specialty sandwiches, salads, wraps, soups and sides.

Casa Fina
Casa Fina, a Spanish tapas restaurant and bar, is headed to the Zilker Park neighborhood this month, according to the restaurant. The Casa Fina team announced the restaurant’s upcoming debut on Instagram in late April, promising tapas, drinks and good vibes.

Manhattan Cowgirl
The brand’s flagship store, owned by Kyleigh Nethery, will offer boutique fashion items and an interactive cowboy hat making experience where guests can customize everything, including silhouettes, colors and materials. The retail store will open on the ground floor of The Code.

Pure Sweat + Float Studio
The studio’s first Austin franchise is headed for The Code this winter, bringing infrared saunas, cold plunges and float therapy. The wellness brand is owned by Rachel Flowers and offers monthly memberships, private buyouts and one-time sessions.

ISI® Elite Training is expected to launch this winter at The Code, offering athletic-based training. Joining over 50 locations across the country, the training facility will bring 50-minute workouts grounded in strength, conditioning and athletic performance.

Bartlett's
MML Hospitality announced in February that it partnered with the owners of Bartlett’s to launch a second location in south Austin. A recent Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation project filing shows that construction on the new location is estimated to begin in early 2027, wrapping up in late September.

The seafood restaurant and oyster bar had a kitchen fire on Sept. 6, the business shared in a social media post. Perla’s will temporarily close during the cleanup process, with no reopening date announced at this time.
