Chim said she wanted the bakery to be rooted in community, sustainability and celebrating culture. Over the last year, she has donated more than $1,000 to local causes by selling baked goods in Avery Ranch.
“We donate 100% of profits and prioritize eco-friendly and ethically-sourced ingredients," Chim said.
On the menu
The bakery specializes in Jewish treats with an Asian twist, Chim said. Menu items include matcha rugelach, ube milk bread babka and pandan rugelach.

Preorders for bakery items are open online with a $20 minimum and a three-day lead time. Pick-up times vary.
