A new neighborhood is coming to the 156-acre Pearson Ranch development.
Tri Pointe Homes announced plans to build 410 homes on 85.6 acres in an Oct. 6 news release. Construction on the new homes—located at the northeast corner of SH 45 and Parmer Lane—is expected to begin in early 2027.
About the project
The neighborhood will include attached row townhomes as well as single-family homes on 40-, 45- and 50-foot lots. Sales are expected to begin in 2028.
A community amenity center with a pool, playground and walking areas is planned as part of the neighborhood, the news release states. Residents will also have access to 15 acres of parkland in Pearson Ranch.
A planned trailhead for the community will connect residents to Austin’s trail system.
Developer JPI is also planning to build 342 apartments on 9.3 acres in the Pearson Ranch development.
