University Federal Credit Union celebrated the opening of a new branch in Cedar Park off New Hope Drive with a ribbon cutting ceremony July 25.

The New Hope branch features a living-room layout with seating and private consultation areas for members to receive personal financial assistance. The branch also offers a drive-through and walk-up ATM that is open 24/7 as well as a coin counting machine.

The Austin-based credit union—founded in 1936—has 25 branches and is opening three new locations in Pflugerville, Austin and San Marcos this year.
