Caf Ybor Food Bus, 4550 FM 967, Buda, on Oct. 1. Coughlin said the food truck makes sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts. Coughlin makes all of the ingredients from scratch except the bread, which is baked at New World Bakery in Kyle.
"Adding southern flair to Cuban food is the best way I can describe it," Coughlin said.

Owners Ivori Bunthanom and Ruth Musbach hope to open
Thai 2 U, 4550 FM 967, Buda, at the 967 Food Trucks park in late October. Bunthanom said the truck will serve Thai food such as pad thai, fried rice and sticky rice. Everything on the menu will be made fresh daily, she said. The truck will also have daily specials and a secret menu. Bunthanom and Musbach also do catering and sell at the Buda Farmer's Market, which is open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. 512-993-1771
G-Bros, 4550 FM 967, Buda, will open in late October at the 967 Food Trucks park. Co-owner Gabriel Coward said the truck will serve bison burgers, mushroom sandwiches, fish tacos and protein bars, among other items. Coward said he and his brother, Adrian, will source most of the business's produce from Gray Gardens, a Buda farm.
