The food truck is owned by San Marcos local Krendi Harmon, who also owns European-inspired coffee shop Café Cortado. Harmon lived in Spain for several years, traveling throughout Europe, which inspired her to bring the things she loved in Europe to San Marcos.
Café Cortado Cuisine sells European-style street food such as a brie sandwich with prosciutto, Belgian waffles, croissants and more. The food truck also offers imported Spanish olives and pastries from Poland.
