Summermoon Coffee Bar opened a coffee trailer Jan. 18 at 11601 W. Hwy. 290, the location of its fourth brick-and-mortar coffeehouse, currently in construction.[/caption]

Summermoon Coffee Bar, a local coffee chain specializing in wood-fired coffee and 'Moon Milk' creamer made with a secret blend of ingredients, opened a new walkup and drive-thru trailer Jan 18 at 11601 W. Hwy. 290.

The trailer is located in front of Summermoon Coffee Bar's upcoming fourth brick-and-mortar coffeehouse, currently in construction and scheduled to open in the spring.

In addition to the original location on South First Street, Summermoon Cofffee Bar also has locations on Burnet Road and North Main Street in downtown Buda.

Chelsie Griffith, general manager of Summermoon Coffee Bar on South First Street, said the trailer offers a full drink menu and select snacks. The trailer is open Mon.-Sat., 6 a.m.-2 p.m., though hours are subject to change as need arises, Griffith said.

"With that area growing so much and the space becoming available, we thought that people would love to experience Summermoon in that area as well," Griffith said.
