Lone Star Family Health Center will expand its health care services with a location in Magnolia, according to a Sept. 25 news release. The expansion is meant to expand on the center’s mission to provide affordable health care.
According to the release, the Tomball Regional Health Foundation will provide $500,000 in funding to help LSFHC expand its primary medical and dental services in the community.
Lone Star Family Health Center is a nonprofit and federally qualified health center that has served underserved, underinsured and uninsured patients in Montgomery County since 2002, according to the release. The center offers comprehensive primary care including family medicine, women’s health, dentistry and behavioral health across five locations.
