Lennar, a housing development company, plans to launch its model home in Alexander Estates this fall, according to a July 15 news release.
Alexander Estates, located along Hufsmith-Kohrville Road, will have 251 homes. It was approved by the city of Tomball in 2017, as Community Impact Newspaper previously reported.
The new homes will include one- and two-story options ranging from 1,485-3,118 square feet, according to the release.
Amenities include island kitchens, game rooms, flex spaces and covered patios. Additionally, all new homes will feature stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hard flooring, designer cabinets and energy-saving features, according to the release.
