After declining across the board in August, the number of home sales rose slightly in three of the five ZIP codes Community Impact serves across Tomball and Magnolia.
The big picture
Per the data provided by Tomball-area realtor Renee Leslie, there were more fluctuations in the housing market across the ZIP codes than in previous months.
The lowest number of home sales in general occurred in the Pinehurst area.
While the median sale price of homes fell in three of the five ZIP codes, the largest increase also occurred in the Pinehurst area.
