The Big Daddy martini gets its name from the head of Jasper’s, an “Iron Chef America” winner.
“It’s named after our chef partner Kent Rathbun,” General Manager James Gicas said. “He’s the head of the company. And it’s his nickname—he’s a big guy.”
The Big Daddy is made with house-infused citrus vodka, triple sec, simple syrup and housemade sweet and sour.

“It’s got a great flavor profile,” Gicas said. “Our guests love it because it’s refreshing and fruity and light.”
