What is the best way to establish trees in the front yard and backyard to increase curb appeal? 

When choosing trees to plant in your yard, there are several things to consider, such as how long you plan to live in the home, as some trees take longer to mature than others.

You also must decide whether you want a tree that flowers or drops leaves, which will require maintenance. You have to be careful where to plant a tree in your yard so that, as the tree matures, the limbs and branches don’t touch the roof of the home.

In terms of outdoor lighting in a backyard patio or pool area, what is the best way to draw attention to backyard amenities?  

There are many different types of landscape lighting that can be used in a yard. Some of the most popular types are moon lights that are placed in the trees. They will light up a backyard with a moon glow.

Other common types are solar or electrical lights placed in the flower beds or along pathways.

What is your advice on placing walkways throughout a yard to create an attractive path?  

Walkways and pathways can be a very attractive addition to a backyard, and they appeal to many buyers. The most popular types are crushed granite and paver stones.

A winding pathway leading to a bench or sitting area in a backyard makes for a very nice presentation.
