Chambers Creek, a premier 55-plus community in Montgomery County, was recognized as the Best Overall Community at the 2025 Texas Association of Builders Star Awards, celebrating excellence in residential development statewide. The community, which spans over 1,100 acres, has set a new standard for active-adult living, blending natural beauty with amenities tailored to residents’ lifestyles.

“Being named Best Overall Community is a tremendous honor and a reflection of the vision we set out with at Chambers Creek—to create a truly one-of-a-kind destination for active adults across the country, blending natural beauty with incredible amenities,” Chief Marketing Officer Jennifer Symons said. “This recognition is a testament to the unique, appealing lifestyle the community offers and the power of choice.”

Chambers Creek community overview

Since its grand opening in late 2022, Chambers Creek is becoming a premier active adult community, eventually offering around 3,000 homes. Residents have numerous options with nine award-winning builders and various homesite sizes.

Chambers Creek is a gated community with a guardhouse providing a private lifestyle. And with all front and backyard maintenance handled by the HOA fees, residents can also enjoy a convenient hassle-free lifestyle.

Amenities at Chambers Creek include:
  • Lehman Park and Golf and Putting Course
  • Golf Practice Facility
  • The Summit Amenity Center includes a fitness center, movement studio and event space
  • Jerry’s Cafe – full-service onsite restaurant
  • Pickleball and tennis courts
  • Chapel
  • Resort-Style Pool and Hot Tub
  • Vineyards
  • 20+ miles of trails
  • Marina with access to Lake Conroe
  • Gate and guardhouse entry
The community has a full-time lifestyle director who organizes fitness, social and holiday events year-round. With four event calendars and many interest groups, the director ensures engaging activities for residents.

New amenities

Chambers Creek expands its lifestyle offerings with amenities for enjoyment, fitness and relaxation.

Residents can expect more pickleball courts for staying active while socializing. A dog park is opening soon for pets to play and owners to connect.

One of the anticipated additions, the Shoreline Park and Marina, opening in late fall 2025.

“Residents can rent one of 48 boat slips, providing direct access to Lake Conroe, and live the lake lifestyle they’ve always dreamed of,” Symons said. “Whether it’s boating to dinner, fishing with the grandkids, or simply enjoying the views, our private marina and direct access to Lake Conroe creates a community that feels like a year-round retreat.”

Community vineyards and annual wine harvest

The community’s two-acre vineyard hosted its third annual grape harvest, where residents picked over 2,700 pounds of Crimson Cabernet grapes for Chambers Creek’s signature red blend, bottled for sale this fall.

The vineyard is part of Chambers Creek’s commitment to amenities that bring residents together.

Toll Brothers joins Chambers Creek

Chambers Creek’s commitment to engaging amenities that bring residents together is expanding its home offerings to meet active adults.

Toll Brothers Regency joined Chambers Creek’s roster of ten award-winning builders, offering new model homes designed for comfort, style and flexible living.

Just as residents unite to harvest grapes in the vineyard, they now have more options to find a home that fits their lifestyle. These options combine personal choice with the vibrant community life Chambers Creek is known for.
