Sponsored by: Caldwell Companies - Chambers Creek

Chambers Creek by Caldwell Communities, located in Willis, is an expansive, 1,100-acre gated master-planned community designed exclusively for active adults 55-plus. With its scenic beauty and resort-style amenities, Chambers Creek offers a serene, low-maintenance lifestyle with a variety of builder and home size options

"Our goal at Chambers Creek is to create a sense of connection and community, ensuring that every resident can live their best 55-plus life in this exciting new chapter of life," Marketing Manager Becca Green said. This sunset concert, held on the ninth hole of the Tom Lehman designed premier golf course Saturday March 29th, will feature a live performance by Texas Eagles Tribute Band.

“Rhythm Fest on the Green is a wonderful way for residents and those interested in Chambers Creek to come together and enjoy the true beauty and spirit of the community," Green said. "Everyone loves a good band! It should be a fun night of music, great food, incredible views and the opportunity to connect with neighbors in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere."

Event details:
  • Time and Date: March 29 4:30-7:30 p.m.
  • Location: Lehman Park and Golf Course ninth hole, 14940 Chambers Creek Drive, Willis

Chambers Creek community overview

The community, which began its journey with a grand opening in late 2022, is poised to have approximately 3,000 homes once built out. Chambers Creek distinguishes itself with its diverse selection of nine award-winning builders and a variety of homesite sizes.

“There’s really something for anyone,” Green said. “We offer a variety of home choices, so whether you're looking to right-size to something with less maintenance or wanting to build your custom dream home overlooking the golf course, we have all of those options available within Chambers Creek."

Chambers Creek is a gated community, ensuring added privacy and security for residents. The homeowners association fees cover both front and backyard maintenance, allowing homeowners to travel and enjoy a hassle-free lifestyle without the worries of yard work.

Chambers Creek also offers an array of exceptional amenities all designed to enhance the active adult lifestyle.

Some of the amenities at Chambers Creek include:
  • Lehman Park and Golf and Putting Course
  • The Summit Amenity Center including a fitness center, movement studio and event space
  • Jerry’s Cafe – full service onsite restaurant
  • Pickleball and tennis courts
  • Chapel
  • Resort-Style Pool and Hot Tub
  • Vineyards
  • Over 20 miles of trails
  • Marina with access to Lake Conroe
  • Gate and guardhouse entry

In addition, the community has a dedicated full-time lifestyle director who organizes a wide range of fitness, social, golf and holiday events throughout the year, with four distinct event calendars and so many interest groups there's always something exciting happening for residents to participate in and enjoy.

New amenities and features

Chambers Creek by Caldwell Communities opened its new Summit Amenity Center last summer, adding an onsite cafe, fitness center and meeting room to the community’s amenity lineup.

The highly anticipated resort-style pool, featuring a large hot tub and stunning views, also opened this March.

Later this year, residents can look forward to a dog park, expanded pickleball and tennis courts with shade structures and a large pavilion, a driving range and the opening of Shoreline Park—a marina with access to Lake Conroe.

Additionally, Toll Brothers will be joining the builder lineup in the spring, offering even more housing options.

"At Chambers Creek, our goal is to continually make lives better," Green said. "With the expansion of our amenities and new housing options, we're committed to providing a lifestyle that not only meets but exceeds expectations, fostering a strong sense of community and well-being."
