Although the New Balance brand started with running shoes, the company has expanded and adapted to current fashion trends to offer much more.

“Many New Balance shoes look less like athletic shoes” co-owner Lisa Liberis said. “Running shoes will always be an integral part of our business, but athleisure has become so popular. You used to have to choose comfort or fashion, and now comfort is fashion.”

Liberis said individuals can wear their New Balance shoes all day long, from the office to the gym, to pick up their kids from school and to dinner with friends. The brand's ability to blend comfort with style has led to a wide appeal across age groups.

Whether it's college students sporting the latest leisure designs or busy parents looking for shoes that fit their on-the-go lifestyle, New Balance DFW stores offer a variety of options.

Liberis along with other family members own and operate six other locally-owned New Balance DFW stores across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The family has been providing a welcoming and fun shopping experience for the past 22 years.

In-store, the team prides itself on offering expert guidance to help customers find the right shoes for their needs. Whether someone is looking for a running shoe, walking shoe, a casual sneaker, or something for long workdays, New Balance DFW stores offer a tailored experience.

“We like to hire people who are kind, warm, friendly and caring,” Liberis said. “Our stores are fun and comfortable places to be. We have kids and grandparents coming in, and there's something for everyone.”

Their locally owned stores have employee friendly store hours. New Balance DFW stores are open 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and are closed Sunday and most major holidays.

Liberis said the family is proud to be able to represent the national brand within their local community.

“I love that we have the blessing and honor of being a licensed partner with New Balance for over twenty two years, and offer extensive New Balance product with personal service at the local level.”

In addition to exceptional service, Liberis said New Balance DFW stores are intentional about how it communicates with its customers. Instead of bombarding them with emails, the store maintains a thoughtful approach, sending only one to two informative emails per month. "We want to respect our customers' time and inboxes,” Liberis said.

As New Balance DFW stores look to the future, the company remains focused on continuing to provide high-quality service and footwear that blends comfort and style seamlessly.
