To celebrate Armed Forces Day, the city of Live Oak will be hosting a parade May 20.

City officials invite the community to join in honoring past and present members of the military.

Parade participants will include local businesses, civic groups and other community members. The parade will travel down Forest Bluff, Toepperwein Road, Leafy Hollow, Welcome Drive, Old Spanish Trail and Shin Oak Drive.

The parade will begin at 10 a.m. A grandstand viewing area will be located at the Clubhouse Parking Lot, located 7901 Shin Oak Drive, Live Oak.
