The fast-casual restaurant is anticipated to open sometime in the second week of May, Maris Watson, Salata catering sales manager, said. Salata has four locations in San Antonio, but this will be the first in the Northeast San Antonio area. Along with its tossed-to-order salad kitchen, Watson said Cibolo will be the first Salata with a separate kitchen for online orders only. The home improvement retailer is anticipated to begin construction on a new building in October, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and confirmation from a company retail representative. The Home Depot sells outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, ladders, ceiling fans and more, according to its website.
