Dec. 2: Deck the City Hall
As December rolls in, the city of Schertz plans to celebrate its annual tree lighting at City Hall. Dec. 4: 'The King'
Danielle Gulley will be hosting a performance of her theatrical production "The King." This production infuses Christmas character favorites the Grinch, Scrooge and Santa Claus into the tale of the Wizard of Oz. 7:30 p.m. $30-$65. Dec. 4: Holidazzle
Holidazzle includes a multitude of events around Schertz. The Kris Kringle Market features vendors offering handmade crafts, specialty foods and other festive products great for holiday shopping. For a snow-filled day, join in on activities at the Holiday Hoopla!, which includes Mt. Schertz snow hill and a snow angel play area. After a day full of activities, the Festival of Angel Lighted Night Parade will conclude the night on Main St. and Schertz Parkway as businesses, nonprofits and others participate. 10 a.m.-3 p.m. (market), 4-8 p.m. (Holiday Hoopla!), 6 p.m. (parade). Dec. 7: Universal City Tree Lighting
Universal City will light its tree along with providing activities, refreshments and pictures with Santa. Throughout the event, live entertainment will be provided by Salinas Elementary School, SA Sound and Mary Lou’s School of Dance. 6-8 p.m. Free.
