A San Antonio diner called has plans to open another location in Cibolo.

Max and Louie's New York Diner is anticipated to open inside the Cibolo Crossing development at 18124 I-35, Cibolo in early 2026, Drew Glick, the founder and owner of Max and Louie’s told Community Impact.
“We’re very excited, it’s going to be a beautifully updated design,” Glick said.
Glick said he decided to open a new location because Cibolo is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. Max and Louie’s opened its original San Antonio location in September 2016.

Max and Louie’s offers a classic East Coast style diner experience, according to its website. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
