What they offer

The all-you-can-eat-sushi restaurant offers sushi, sashimi, soups, salads, hibachi, noodles and more for a flat fee. Umiya's specialty rolls include the dragon roll, Hawaii roll and the heart lover roll. The Corpus Christi-based eatery opened its first San Antonio location in the Huebner Oaks Center in 2022.

What else?

According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, a third location is in the works at 911 N. Hunt Lane, Ste. 102, San Antonio in the city’s far west side. The filing states that the project will begin September 20. The project renovation is estimated to cost $450,000.


Umiya is open 11 a.m.-10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
