The wait for the opening of Jersey Mike’s Subs in Cibolo is almost over.

According to information from the Cibolo Economic Development Corporation, the new location is expected to have a grand opening on Jan. 24.

Jersey Mike’s Subs began in 1956 and now has over 2,000 locations open or under development. The restaurant offers a selection of hot and cold sub sandwiches alongside kid’s meals, desserts and catering options.

The new location will be in the Buffalo Heights development, which is located at the intersection of Cibolo Valley Drive and West Borgfeld Road.
