Joining the other upcoming businesses, Jersey Mike’s Subs will be opening its first location in Cibolo.
Jersey Mike’s Subs began in 1956 and now has over 2,000 locations open or under development. The restaurant offers a selection of hot and cold subs alongside kid’s meals, desserts and catering options.
The new location will be in the Buffalo Heights development, which is located at the intersection of Cibolo Valley Drive and West Borgfield Road. The development will also include Chick-fil-A, P. Terry’s Burger Stand and Dutch Bros Coffee.
An opening date for the new location has not been announced.
