The project will bring a 288-unit mid-rise building offering one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, and residences will average just under 1,000 square feet.
According to an Oct. 18 release, ground-level homes will feature walk-out terraces with a patio and fenced yard space, while those on floors two and above will have balconies. A percentage of units will be furnished and equipped for short-term needs.
The community will also be anchored by a 12,000-square-foot club facility with entertainment space, an elevated cafe, a resort-style pool with cabanas and an indoor/outdoor fitness facility.
The project is anticipated to complete by mid-2024.
