The San Antonio municipal court mailed 4,000 postcards to individuals with warrants for offenses involving family violence.
According to the city, the domestic violence resolution campaign is being held Oct. 4-15 as part of October being Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Appearances must be in person on the dates listed on the card from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m. Failure to appear on the designated date will subject postcard recipients to be arrested at home, work or wherever they are found.
