Older single professionals meetup


Single Professionals Network, a friendship group for singles age 55 and older, meets for conversation, libations, games and food.

Young children’s program

Learn and Play will present an event designed to foster literacy, ignite creativity and cultivate healthy habits among children ages 3-6. Mary Brown, author of children’s book “All Kinds of Love,” will lead a storytelling session, and participants may enjoy healthy snacks and express themselves in art and craft workshops. Free goody bags will include a gift card, an opportunity for complimentary martial arts classes and a painting kit.April


Student plays


Reagan High School theater arts students will present their annual R.O.A.D. (Reagan One Act and Directing) Show, which features one-act plays written, directed and performed by RHS students.

Solar eclipse parties

The San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department will offer a safe way for residents to view the scheduled total solar eclipse. At each site, attendees will have access to free eclipse glasses while supplies last, craft activities and more.

‘Midsummer Sueño’


The Public Theater and The Classic Theatre will present performances of “Midsummer Sueño,” a localized, bilingual adaptation of Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” Attendees may bring a blanket or lawn chair, and will have access to food trucks and other vendors.Spring market

The Banquet Table, a San Antonio organization that helps promote local nonprofits and social justice issues, will have a spring market featuring several area small businesses and nonprofit groups. There will be spring crafts, games, refreshments and more.
