Haywire will be offering Texas-inspired dishes in The Shops at La Cantera this fall according to representatives from the company.

On the menu

Haywire specializes in locally-sourced cuts of meat like the 33-ounce tomahawk ribeye steak. The menu includes salads, soups, burgers, sides and more. Additionally, the restaurant will offer a wine room with a selection of locally-sourced whiskey and wines.

“San Antonio is a city rich with history and Texas pride, making it an ideal location for Haywire,” said Jack Gibbons, CEO of FB Society—the restaurant group behind Haywire and other restaurant chain brands—in a news release.

The La Cantera location will span over 16,000 square feet and offer a private space for celebrations. Haywire will also feature an outdoor airstream trailer, seating up to 10 for intimate gatherings.

Haywire has locations in Plano, Dallas and Houston. A location in Austin is also slated to open late fall at The Domain. The restaurant will be in the space formerly occupied by Bovinos Brazilian Steakhouse and Seafood.
