La Michoacana Handmade Ice Cream and Snacks opened their new location May 18 at 19903 Stone Oak Parkway, Ste. 112, San Antonio.

On the menu

The family-owned business serves ice cream, paletas, aguas frescas, mangonadas, elotes and more. Co-owner Axel Ayala says his family are locals and wanted to open the store because there are not many traditional Mexican snack shops in the area.
