Sabor de Sanchez

Colombian restaurant Sabor de Sanchez held an April 8 event at the San Antonio Shrine Auditorium in Stone Oak to mark the opening of its second location at 18730 Tuscany Stone, San Antonio. Sabor de Sanchez’s original location is at 7664 Tezel Road, Ste. 101, in northwest San Antonio.

Las Palapas

San Antonio-based Tex-Mex restaurant chain Las Palapas opened a Shavano Park-area location March 18 at 4083 N. Loop 1604 W., formerly a Bush’s Chicken site. Las Palapas offers a variety of Tex-Mex dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The new location is open 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday.

Thai99 Express

Thai99 Express opened in March at 15614 Huebner Road, Ste. 113, San Antonio, in the Churchill Estates neighborhood. Thai99 Express offers a variety of traditional Thai food and beverages, according to restaurant representatives. Patrons may dine in or take out dishes. 210-906-8424
