Dallas-based architectural firm three, which designed Hotel Emma at Pearl, designed the layout for Bella Vida.

According to representatives for three, the design of Bella Vida will reflect the San Antonio region’s history as well as the heritage of Native Americans, Spanish missionaries and German settlers who contributed to the area’s early development.

Construction on the $78 million development is estimated for total completion in spring 2027.
