The background

Director of Marketing Natalia Bustamante said San Antonio felt like the “natural" place for the restaurant to settle.

“It’s a city that lives and breathes flavor, family, and culture—and that’s exactly what defines us. We’re all-in on San Antonio,” Bustamante said in the news release.

They’re planning on headquartering the chain in San Antonio, moving on from its current offices in Mexico, according to the release.
